Patchwork Transgender Peer Support is a transgender-led, transgender-focused non-profit organization delivering free online peer support groups, informational seminars, transgender-related resources, and a virtual wellness conference. Patchwork programs benefit transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming and intersex adults, youth, and families by offering a safe place to share and grow and experience community in a nurturing and supportive environment.
